Public building classes
Prime Design designs six classes of public and commercial facilities. Each class has its own regulatory requirements, documentation composition and specifics of engineering solutions.
Class 01
Schools and kindergartens
Schools for 600-2,000 students, kindergartens, lyceums, gymnasiums. We work per NIS, MoE RK, SanPiN standards. Experience — NIS Atyrau, school in Semey.
Class 02
Medical facilities
Multidisciplinary hospitals, polyclinics, diagnostic centers. Special requirements for cleanliness, sterility, engineering systems.
Class 03
Business centerы
Class A, B+ business centers of 5,000-80,000 m². Rental area optimization, engineering to international standards, parking.
Class 04
Shopping centers and malls
Malls, SC, food courts, cinemas, retail parks. Grandpark Terra 2, Magnum SC in Astana and Almaty.
Class 05

Standard set of design documentation for a public building. Can be supplemented with industry-specific sections (medical technology, sports equipment, retail zoning).
